We want you to be happy with what you buy in Sixtally. If you're not, you can get your money back.
14-day refunds
You can ask for a full refund of any purchase (a coin pack or the No ads upgrade) within 14 days of buying it, for any reason.
How to ask
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are made by Paddle. You can:
- reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you, or ask at paddle.net, or
- email us at [email protected] with your Sixtally account name and the email you paid with, and we'll ask Paddle to refund you.
The money goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
What happens to your purchase
When a purchase is refunded, what it added is taken back: the bought coins are removed, and the account goes back to showing ads if it has no other purchase. Items you already got with those coins may be removed too.
After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law in your country gives you more rights, or if something went wrong (for example, you were charged but didn't get your coins). In that case, contact us and we'll make it right.
